The All New Spirit XG400 E-Glide Elliptical is designed for group exercise workouts and simple, get on and go home use. The patent-pending direct drive system creates the smoothest possible elliptical motion, similar to a Spinning bike. This is created by the combination of the direct drive system, perfect gear ratio, optimum stride length, and ergonomic pedal placement.

The addition of solid steel machined pulleys and automotive-grade Poly-V belts assures it will hold up to the toughest environments.

The console consists of a large Blue backlit LCD & LED’s that specify levels of muscle activation and % of  Heart Rate maximum with 2 Heart Rate Control Programs with telemetric chest strap.The tension is adjusted on the console simply by pressing a button. This moves the rare-earth magnets towards the flywheel to increase resistance. The combination of these magnets and perfectly balanced flywheel (with most of its weight concentrated in the outer perimeter) help create the smoothest elliptical feel.

The Xg400 also utilizes a lock feature that prevents unauthorized use of the elliptical and keeps it safe in the home with children.
