Elite Set 5-90 Our most popular Pro Handle in a 90 lb Set!

• The Elite 5-90 x 5 lbs set comes with plates 1-8, and adjusts in 5 or 10 lb increments.
• The Elite 5-90 lb (per hand weight) equals/replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells, or 2565 lbs of free weights while taking up the space of just 1 pair (90 lb dumbbell is just 16" in length)
• This set is expandable to 130 lbs per hand using the 8-11 Elite Big Block Kit.

Personal PowerBlock® Set (5-45 lbs x 5 lbs)

• This set adjusts from 5-45 lbs in 5 lb increments (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 lbs) in each hand.
• This set has a maximum weight of 45 lbs per hand and can be expanded up to 60 lbs per hand with the optional Personal Plus Handle Set. It replaces 9 pair or 18 fixed dumbbells that would have a combined weight of 450 lbs.

SportBlock® 24X3 (3-24 lbs x 3 lbs)

• This set adjusts from 3-24 lbs in 3 lb increments (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24 lbs) in each hand.
• This set has a maximum weight of 24 lbs per hand and cannot be made heavier than the 24 lb maximum weight per hand.
• It replaces 8 pair or 16 fixed dumbbells that would have a combined weight of 216 lbs. (Shown with optional SportBlock Stand.)

Silver Pro Adjustable Bench

• This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 ga. tubing and has cushions constructed of 3/4" - 7 ply plywood with self-skinned foam construction.
• These are the most durable and attractive cushions available.
• The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace and can be adjusted from the seated position. it adjusts from flat (0 degrees) to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position. the bench comes fully assembled with only one bolt to adjust before use.

Personal Stand

• This stand is specifically for the Personal PowerBlock®s. It is available in white (shown) or Silver. It comes with a color coded weight selection chart for either set. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 24". It provides a convenient, attractive storage/racking system for your PowerBlocks®.

Pro Stand (Available in white or Silver)

This stand can be used with either the Elite Sets, Personal Trainer Sets or Pro Rexan or Aluminum sets. It can hold weights up to 130 lbs in each hand. The stand has 4 storage positions down the center for the 2.5 lb chrome adder weights. It comes with the color coded weight selection chart for Elite/Pro set. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 28". Also available in silver.
