The Spirit XE400 elliptical offers a 0-15% power incline ramp and advanced programing features as well as a compact space efficient design.  The Spirit XE400 features a 3-position adjustable foot pedal angle, upper handle mounted resistance and ramp angle switches for ease of use and a comfortable 20" stride length.

The XE400 provides 20 levels of resistance, a 30lb steel flywheel, oversized foot pedals with a 2-degree inward slant to provide a natural movement, contact and telemetry heart rate monitoring.  Additional features include a backlit tri-color LCD screen as well as cooling fans and a water bottle holder.
