The ESX features 360-Degree rotating handles that enhance workouts and are another way to customize this machine to your own exact preferences. These rotating handles also allow for height adjustment.
A 17-26" Adjustable Stride allows a comfortable stride, no matter your height or workout pace.
Users will notice the exceptional comfort of TRUE’s Soft Step® Orthopedic Footpads which decrease the stress on the joints and can eliminate foot numbness associated with many traditional ellipticals.
Patent pending side steps allow users to stand off to the sides and do upper-body-isolation workouts. This feature truly makes the ESX a Total-Body machine.
The ESX incorporates a child safety lock that locks foot pedals inplace when the machine is not in use.
With three display options, the True ESX elliptical offers the ultimate in customization to fit every user’s needs. Choose from either the Basic, Intermediate or Advanced displays.

The rotating grips on the ESX are really a good touch. This is one of the few new features we have seen this year that make a lot of sense for user comfort. If your getting a center drive elliptical, True is your best option. Of all of the center drive ellipticals we have seen this year, True is by far the best.

SAFE AND COMFORTABLE
The TRUE ESX is designed with the user in mind. This thoughtfully crafted machine provides a low step-up height as well as extended handrails for safe and simple entry and exit. The ESX also incorporates a child safety lock that locks foot pedals inplace when the machine is not in use. And since the ESX is safely entered from the back, only a rear aisle is needed to access the machine
HRC (HEART RATE CONTROL)® & HRC CRUISE CONTROL™
Another special feature that sets our ellipticals apart is the HRC (Heart Rate Control) system. HRC (Heart Rate Control) monitors your heart rate and automatically adjusts the workload/resistance to keep it within a preselected range.
