Sport 9.0 - Stage 1 (90 lb set)

Sport 9.0 - Our most popular Pro Handle in a 90 lb Set!

• The Sport 9.0 Set is a component based Set that can expand in weight to meet the needs of the user. You can start with the Sport 9.0 Stage I, 2.5-50 lb set. This set can then be expanded later to 90 lbs per hand using the Stage II Kit. This 90 lb Sport 9.0 Set can then be further expanded with the Stage III Kit to 130 lbs per hand.
• The Sport 9.0 Set (or any PowerBlock for that matter) is the most compact dumbbell available. The small size of the PowerBlock keeps the weight concentrated closer to your hand making the dumbbell easier to control and balance.

	Image at left shows the dramatic difference in compactness of the Sport 9.0 Set compared to other dumbbells on the market. The dumbbells at left are all 30 lb dumbbells.The Sport 9.0 will not inhibit exercise movements such as seated dumbbell curls or even flat bench presses where you want your hands directly above your shoulders in the up position.

Sport 5.5 PowerBlock® Set (2.5-55 lbs x 2.5 lbs)

• The Sport 5.5 equals/replaces 22 pairs of dumbbells or 1265 lbs of free weights. The weight range for the 5.5 is 2.5-55 lbs per hand in 2.5 lb increments. Weight increments achieved with the Sport 5.5 are; 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 27.5, 30, 32.5, 35, 37.5, 40, 42.5, 45, 47.5, 50, 52.5 and 55 lbs per hand.

Sport 5.0 PowerBlock® Set (5-50 lbs x 5 lbs)

• The Sport 5.0 equals/replaces 10 pairs of dumbbells or 550 lbs of free weights. The weight range for the 5.0 is 5-50 lbs per hand in 5 lb increments. Weight increments achieved are; 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 lbs per hand. The 5.0 can be further expanded to 65 lbs per hand with the optional Sport 5.0 Set 20 lb cores.

Sport 2.4 PowerBlock® Set (3-24 lbs x 3 lbs)

• The Sport 2.4 equals/ replaces 8 pairs of dumbbells or 216 lbs of free weights. Weight range is 3-24 lbs per hand in 3 lb increments. Increments achieved are; 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18,
  21, and 24 lbs per hand. The Sport 2.4 cannot be further expanded.

Sport Bench (White or Silver)

• This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 Ga. tubing and has tapered upholstered cushions. There are separate seat and back pads. The seat pad can be adjusted down (shown at left) when in the incline positions so you will not slip forward while inclined. The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace. The back pad has 5 adjustments. It adjusts from flat to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position. The bench comes mostly assembled with very little further assembly required. The bench pad (flat position) is 16" from pad to floor. The total length (flat position) is 50". The widest part (back leg) is 21.5"

Sport Block Column Stand (Silver Only)

• This stand is specifically for the Sport 2.4 Set. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 25". It provides a convenient, attractive storage/racking system for your Sport 2.4 Set.

Column Stand (White or Silver)

• This stand is specifically for the Personal PowerBlock®s. It is available in white (shown) or Silver. It comes with a color coded weight selection chart for either set. It has a foot print of 18" x 22" and a height of 24". It provides a convenient, attractive storage/racking system for your PowerBlocks®.

Sport Stand (Silver only)

This stand is an option to the Column Stand and can be used with the Sport 2.4, Sport 5.0, Classic 45 or Personal Plus models of PowerBlocks. It can hold weights up to 65 lbs in each hand. It has a foot print of 21" x 23" and a height of 27". .

Column Stand Large (White or Silver)

This bench is made of 2" x 3" 14 ga. tubing and has cushions constructed of 3/4" - 7 ply plywood with self-skinned foam construction. These are the most durable and attractive cushions available. The bench has no removable parts to lose or misplace and can be adjusted from the seated position. it adjusts from flat (0 degrees) to 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position. the bench comes fully assembled with only one bolt to adjust before use.
